Over the past twelve months CWLTC has implemented Smart Club Cloud, and we have all had to get used to this new technology to book courts, enter events etc.
Now that COVID restrictions have eased we will be running several technical support/informational evenings in the clubhouse in November and December.
The first will be this Thursday 4th November from 7pm. George will be in the bar and will answer any questions you may have and address any issues you may have. Some examples are:
- I can’t log in to my Smart Club Account
- How to book courts
- How to set up a direct debit mandate
- How to top up my Smart Club Card
- How to sign up for Events such as Team Tennis or Leagues
- How to sign up to coaching classes/hitting practice
We also have a number of uncollected Smart Cards, so please do drop down to collect yours if you haven’t already done so.
In line with Government guidelines, when coming into the clubhouse please wear a mask indoors and bring your COVID pass/proof of immunity with you.
