Court Watching

Dear Members,

The court “Watch?” function is now active from 6pm to 10pm 7 days a week.

What does it do?
For example, you want to play on Thursday evening @ 7pm but all 6 courts are booked already. “Watch?” will inform you immediately by email if a member cancels a booking they made for 7pm Thursday.

When looking at the court calendar for a time slot that’s fully booked the column on the furthest right hand side will have the “Watch?” text visible. There is no limit on the amount of time slots you can watch.

Click on the “Watch?” text to watch that slot. A confirmation message confirming you are watching that slot will appear at the top of your court booking calendar.

If a player cancels a booking you immediately receive an email informing you of the cancellation, it also tells you know how many other members are watching that slot.  The “Click here” link in the email brings you directly to the “Make a Booking” screen for that time slot.
