From Monday next 4th October access to the clubhouse and court lights will changeover to our new CWLTC Smart Club Card.
Please note: Effective immediately the lobby keypad codes have been changed to ???? without this code you will not be able to access the clubhouse. *Parents, please make sure your child knows the new code so they can access the lobby toilets.
Please note: Effective immediately any existing door access fobs are obsolete and will no longer work.
Please note: Only Senior Members will be receiving our new CWLTC Smart Club cards.
Door Access
The following doors have been fitted with a new black rectangular sensor, position your card in front of the sensor, there will be an audible bleep the red light will turn green and the door will open.
- Main Lobby Entrance Door (The existing keypad will remain outside so Junior Members can access the toilets)
- Internal Lobby Door to Bar/Upstairs (The existing keypad will be removed on Monday)
- Men’s locker room Upstairs
- Ladies’ locker room Upstairs
- Admin Office Upstairs
Court Lights
On Monday 4th October 6 new court lighting meters will be installed in the lobby. Each one will be fitted with a black rectangular sensor, position your card in front of the sensor there will be an audible bleep the red light will turn green and the display will register 30 minutes and cost €2.
- Every playing senior member (*bar those who joined in August) has been topped up with €20 free credit on their card = 5hrs
- Members who joined in August this year have been topped up with €10 free credit on their card = 2.5hrs

How will you get your card?
A member of the committee will be at the clubhouse Monday 4th through Friday 8th from 7pm to 9pm. Please call in and pick up your card.
What about your existing tokens?
From Monday 4th onward they are obsolete. Please bring any tokens you have with you to the bar when its open to receive a cash refund.
How do I top up my Card Balance?
A new card top up tile will appear in your Smart Club account over the coming days.
