Please note that due to the fantastic number of entries, every match is required to be played at the scheduled time, on the scheduled court. Please arrive 15 mins before your scheduled time, and limit warm ups to 5 mins.
Players should provide their own tennis balls and lights will be provided by the Tennis Committee.
In order to ensure that the matches run as near to schedule as possible, the following rules will apply:
Ladies and Men’s Championship Singles – all matches best of 3 full sets.
Ladies and Men’s Championship Doubles, Mixed Championship Doubles, and O35 Ladies and Men’s Singles – All matches 2 full sets, with a championship tie break at 1 set all.
Graded Events (Ladies and Men’s Grade A and Grade B Singles and Doubles) – All matches 2 sets with short games (ie first point after deuce wins) and a championship tie break if 1 set all.
We hope you all enjoy this years Championships, and don’t forget, the bar will be open Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of each week, so why not come up and enjoy some of the tennis on show.
